Law and​ Management Tower Building at the University of Waikato

Ernesto de Peralta, as a Lead Structural Engineer while working for OPUS International Consultants Ltd provided the following services and solutions on this new 6 story education building in Hamilton:

    Analysis and design of Buckling-Restrained Braced (BRB) frames to
    resist the lateral loads in both directions. 

    Design of composite steel beams and steel moment frames in    
    accordance with NZS 3404

    Design of precast walls and reinforced concrete beams, columns, &
    foundations in accordance with NZS 3101.

    Seismic analysis and design in accordance with AS/NZS 1170 and    
    HERA R4-76.
