Caudillo Aguas

Caudillo Aguas has 13+ years of continuous professional experience as a senior structural engineer with a significant focus on consultancy-based technical assessment, design, rehabilitation and construction monitoring of buildings and bridges. His specialization is in both force-based and displacement-based nonlinear structural seismic analysis.

A passionate advocate for continuous technical growth, he has often been the port of call for any technical queries regarding structural seismic analysis among his work colleagues. His seismic analysis work has often produced significant cost savings on his previous projects.

Caudillo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2003 from the University of Santo Tomas Philippines. He has then gained his professional experience from working for large engineering consulting companies, namely Parsons Brinckerhoff Philippines Inc., Beca NZ Ltd, and Aurecon NZ Ltd. He is accredited as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) by the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) for structural assessment and design of bridges and multi-storey buildings.
